Assisted Housing Alert ( and all its online versions shall be referred to as Assisted Housing Alert in this document) is committed to protecting the personal information of the visitors and users to its Website (the "Site"), including subscribers to the content and information provided through the Site. 1. The Information AssistedHousingAlert Collects

Information entered by You: Assisted Housing Alert receives and stores any Information you enter on our Site or give us in any other way. 2. The Way AssistedHousingAlert Uses Information

Assisted Housing Alert also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or other information about you that Assisted Housing Alert believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our agreements, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our Site, and protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Assisted Housing Alert, our users or others.

TAssisted Housing Alert is not responsible for the privacy policies of any sites that are linked to on the Site or any site that you use to access the Site. You should consult the respective privacy policies associated with these sites for more information on their practices and for instructions on how to opt-out of certain practices. Assisted Housing Alert's privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other Websites.

5. Data Security

We have implemented commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of your personal information under our control. We train our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about customers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.

6. Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy

Assisted Housing Alert does not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our Site or services is directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Site at any time or in any manner. If Assisted Housing Alert learns that personally identifiable information of persons less than 13 years of age has been collected without verified parental consent, then Assisted Housing Alert will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

7. International Users

The Site is hosted in the United States. If you are a User accessing the Site from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Site, which are governed by U.S. law and this Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.
