Court has yet to rule on new motion and amended complaint

Despite a court ruling in favor of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) decision to suspend implementation of the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) regulation, three civil rights organizations are still putting up a fight.
