When you should (and should not) use the ‘old’ version

In July 2016, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) posted a new Resident Rights and Responsibilities brochure on its website. Since then, some assisted housing owners and agents (O/As) have been confused about which version of the brochure they must use, according to Mary Ross, CPO, FHC, MORS, president of Ross Business Development based in Atlanta.
