The risk of not respecting someone’s civil rights is too high a price to pay, therefore, you must constantly examine and re-examine your treatment of all applicants, residents and workmates. This session by our expert speaker Debbie Hixon will help you in doing just that.

Debbie will discuss several important federal civil rights laws affecting both admission and occupancy. She will explain these laws and how they pertain to HUD housing. Emphasis will be placed on the requirements for owner/agents to be to be compliant with these laws and what the consequences are if they are not.
