In this session our expert speaker Andrea Champine will focus on the intricacies of a HUD property that is layered with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and some of the different income rules that apply.

Andrea ChampineANDREA CHAMPINE has 24 year's experience in the affordable housing industry-15 of which she spent working for a privately owned management company and 9 years for a city housing agency in the State of Michigan. For many years she was Director of Compliance for HUD, LIHTC, USDA - RD515, HOME, Housing Choice Voucher and PHA Programs. In addition to this title, she held the role of Fair Housing Officer, overseeing the supervision of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing compliance. Ms. Champine is currently Compliance Analyst at U.S. Housing Consultants. She has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, is a licensed Realtor, and is Housing Choice Voucher, Public Housing and Tax Credit certified.
