Understanding TRACS is a must for everyone that works with it. If you don't have 90% of your current recertification in TRACS, you will not receive your voucher request until you have reached that 90%. There also needs to be an understanding of the reports in TRACS and how to use them. In order to continue to receive voucher requests, you must know how to use TRACS. There are compliance issues that must be followed and, if not, voucher requests may be denied.
