For many years she was Director of Compliance for HUD, LIHTC, USDA - RD515, HOME, Housing Choice Voucher and PHA Programs. In addition to this title, she held the role of Fair Housing Officer, overseeing the supervision of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing compliance. Ms. Champine is currently Compliance Analyst at U.S. Housing Consultants. She has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, is a licensed Realtor, and is Housing Choice Voucher, Public Housing and Tax Credit certified.
