Learn How To Focus Your Time & Money For Maximum Scoring Impact

Register now for this 60-minute session in which our expert speaker, Hank Vanderbeek, will reveal the key elements of proper preparation for the REAC process-the kind of prep that earns you top scores. By examining high-impact and low-impact defects, you will learn where to spend precious time and money to address important inspection items. Plus, you will gain a thorough understanding of how to train your maintenance staff for a REAC inspection.

Are you ready for your next REAC inspection? More to the point, is your maintenance staff? After all, it's likely your maintenance team will bear the brunt of the preparations-and the fixes necessary in response to any deficiencies the REAC inspector unearths.

This strategy session will teach you:

  • How to establish an efficient and effective maintenance program
  • Where to focus your maintenance resources
  • What maintenance items are most important
  • The ins and outs of work order tracking systems
  • When to start repairs & and for which items
  • What procedures are needed when there is work in progress
  • The dos and don'ts of a modernization project
  • Why the grounds are so important to a good score
  • What items to focus on within 24 hours of an inspection
  • How to gain control of your maintenance priorities
  • The new elevator room inspection policy
  • HUD bed bug policy and procedures

This presentation is appropriate for all housing industry professionals, especially top management, property managers, support staff-and, of course, maintenance supervisors and staff.

After attending this webinar, you will understand why maintenance is important to your success, gain the skills to prepare for REAC inspections for a lot less money, and be much better prepared to get a high score on your next REAC inspection.

PLUS: If you missed the first three presentations in our REAC inspection series-"REAC Impossible I: Inspection Fundamentals", "REAC Impossible II: Inspection Readiness" and "REAC Impossible III: Your Right To An Appeal"-never fear!
