Learn To Work With Difficult People—Whether Residents, Co-Workers, Or Both

Register now for this 60-minute audio session in which our expert speaker, Paul Flogstad, will teach you practical strategies to diffuse tense situations.

Where people live and work in close proximity, there’s always potential for conflict. Multi-family housing properties are no exception. Disagreements can frequently arise among tenants—as well as between management and residents. But you can stop clashes from escalating and mitigate opportunities for disputes.

This program will demonstrate effective techniques to:

  • Complain effectively
  • Work with difficult people, whether residents or co-workers
  • Moderate strained relationships
  • Turn a conflict into a win/win situation—for your tenants and your property

This presentation is appropriate for property owners, property and site managers, maintenance staff, and tenant association members.

After attending this audio event, you will have the necessary communication tools to not only manage conflicts effectively yourself but also to instruct your property management staff in the essentials of teamwork and successful cooperation.

Don’t let unnecessary conflict derail an otherwise functional housing property. Register today!
