Maintenance is a major cost for multifamily properties—yet, if you’re like most property owners and managers, you are likely wasting an already tight budget on poor repair choices. It’s time to strategize to reduce costs and increase maintenance staff productivity.

Learn how to get the most bang for your maintenance buck in this information-packed webinar by housing expert Paul Flogstad. He will equip you with strategies to better schedule maintenance tasks while effectively managing your budget—so that you maximize productivity and minimize extra costs. Plus, Flogstad will reveal tricks for catching the “little” problems before they become costly emergencies.

After attending this instructive session, you will walk away with the tools and knowledge you need to craft a put-into-immediate-practice maintenance plan that will both meet residents’ expectations and optimize (not overspend) your resources.
