The Demand for Senior Living Properties is High – Are You Ready to Take Advantage of this Opportunity?

With the aging out of the boomer generation, demand for senior living is high. If you are a property owner/manager who wants to capitalize on this opportunity, you need to get your property to qualify as Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995 (HOPA) under the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) rules, and follow the proven practices that have succeeded in the past.

In this information packed webinar, property management professional Paul Flogstad will discuss the key factors of senior living, and show you how to improve the living experience of your tenants. He will teach you how to get your property to qualify as HOPA under HUD rules, remove the common misconceptions about fair housing reasonable accommodations, get you up to speed with crime prevention techniques, and more.

After attending the session, you will be armed with the knowledge and the tools to develop, maintain and market your property – and know how to be in compliance with federal occupancy rules for subsidized programs. You will also know about the different types of senior programs, and the best practices to follow to make your senior living project a success.
