About the Presenter(s)

Michael D. Bickford, MBA is a rooftop marketing and management expert with 20 years of professional experience. Currently, he is the founder and president of American Site Management, LLC, a national specialty real estate firm, focused on leasing and management of telecom leases. In this capacity, he markets rooftop locations for his real estate owner and manager clients.

From 1992 to 1999, Bickford was in charge of Ancillary Revenue Programs at Insignia Financial Group, which was the largest owner/manager of multifamily properties. In this capacity, he directed rooftop leasing efforts across the national portfolio of some 100,000 apartment units. In 1998, he co-founded 3G Solutions, Inc. to provide rooftop marketing and management services to property owners and managers of mid and high rise buildings nation-wide.

From its founding, Bickford, a president, was the principal executive in charge of operations and leasing for 3G. He directly closed hundreds of wireless lease transactions worth millions of dollars of rental income, with major and minor wireless tenants nationwide.

After working for three years as the National Sales Director for this firm, Bickford left to form a new rooftop management and marketing firm, American Site Management, LLC. He is the president of the firm.

Bickford holds a MBA from the Walton School of Business at University of Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

Telecommunications engineer with more than 22 years of experience in telecom/IT companies such as Nortel, Sun Microsystems, Nokia Networks, Huawei and BlackBerry. With Masters degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, Roberto has strong sales and technical background have worked from technical support to sales.
