HUD’s Notice on Homeless Preference and Steps For Compliance

The HUD has strongly suggested working toward ending homelessness and specifically adopting a homeless preference for all areas in the country. As this topic continues to grow in importance and more and more stakeholders become committed towards ending homelessness, people in multifamily housing need to be aware of what that could mean for them.

In this session, expert speaker Debbie Hixon will reveal the steps necessary to create a Multifamily Planning and Implementation Team to address homelessness issuesas suggested by theHUD. You’ll get training in addressing this important issue in practical, easy-to-understand steps.
