No one wants to shut out the disabled from enjoying the premises. Last month, Eli presented a rundown on Section 504 program communication requirements. This month, use the continuation of this self-evaluation form, courtesy of Candi Atkins of Candi Atkins Consulting in Las Vegas, to make sure you have compliant complaintprocedures and admission criteria.
Instructions: For each question below, answer either YES or NO. If you answer NO, then identify how you will modify policies/practices or what corrective action you will take. In some cases, a YES answer will also require that you supply additional information to complete the evaluation process.
